Symptoms

ISSUE:
--------
Mass Change issue on Capitalize Indicator

Following Steps will demonstrate the issue:
-------
1. Add a new requisition
2. Select an Asset Item and add to cart
3. Select CheckOut
4. Expand the Accounting Lines
5. Note that the Capitalize flag is selected
6. Select the line and click Mass Change
7. Click Load values from Defaults
8. Change the Account/Department and click OK
9. The Capitalize flag is now unchecked
