ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax910LD load the incorrect amount for Yonkers when the employee is also a Part Year NYC Resident

The TAX909NY program loads the NYC part year resident amount into a separate table. When the Tax910LD program runs, it updates Yonkers resident amount from the NYS amount, but does not take into consideration that the employee also lived in NYC part of the year and the Yonkers amount is overstated. Since, in NY State, the employee can be a resident in both localities during the calendar year

The TAX910LD program should take into consideration that the employee also lived in NYC part of the year and the Yonkers amount so it is not overstated. Since, in NY State, the employee can be a resident in both localities during the calendar year


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure that the tax data he was in New York State and Yonkers part way through the year as a resident
2. Run payrolls that reflect dollar amounts for withholding balances for local 8400, local P0001 and New York
3. Run TAX909NY and TAX910LD
