CS 9.0 Activity Guide Instance And Templates Missing and Unable to Access Templates (Doc ID 2091399.1)

Symptoms

CS 9.0 Activity Guide delivered templates are missing.

When looking at the Activity guide process for CS 9.0, find that the Activity Guide instance and some of the templates are missing due to tools release when Bundle 31 was applied. Per this doc (Cannot View Delivered Student Activity Guide Templates (Doc ID 1924276.1)), dms to import the templates was run, but the instances for the templates are still missing. How is this possible to resolve?

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Try to view delivered templates by navigating to PeopleTools > Portal > Activity Guide > Manage Templates.

Due to this issue, users cannot view templates to evaluate for potential future implementation.
