EAP: Payment Advices Are Missing The Email Envelope Information (Doc ID 2091450.1)

Symptoms

When emailing the Payment advices from PeopleSoft the email that is sent from online is missing the Envelope Sender information which then marks the email as Spam at the vendor site.


Steps
-------
1. Login to PIA
2. Create and post a voucher. Business Unit/ Voucher ID : US001/000nnnnn
3. Verified that supplier has email ID updated. Supplier: SHARE/0000000044 -> Updated the email id with ‘Enable Payment Advice’ selected.
4. Setup Paycycle and run it and wait for the Email Payment Advice (AP_EMAIL_ADV App Engine) process to be completed
5. Check the email received from the system

On the SMTP server, checking the Envelope and Header for the email, it is noticed that the Envelope Sender is blank -- this causes the email to be marked as spam on the supplier's email server .
