When Administrator Revokes the Delegation, Email is Sent to with Delegator Name Instead of Admin (Doc ID 2091499.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


If the administrator revokes the delegation, email is sent to with Delegator name instead of Admin name and Admin email address. It tells the Delegator that the Delegator revoked the delegation and they should contact Delegator if they have a question.


The email should say the delegation request was revoked by Admin and his email ID.


1) Navigate to workforce admin> self service> approvals and delegation> Administer Delegation
2) Search the delegation request and revoke the request.
