Page times out when pressing on "Process Return" from manage requisition page.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Check the Role associated to Role Action- RECV_POWER
2. Add the role ePro Admin to your profile (now you have access to all receipts)
3. Navigate to Main Menu> eProcurement> Manage Requisitions
a. Search for a received requisition and chose the select action as Process Return and Click GO
b. Page starts to spins
c. Times Out
