When the buyer updates the schedule defaults prior to awarding the event, those defaults are not carrying over to the purchase order.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1-Create a new Event, Enter Item and Schedule defaults, Then choose a Bidder.
4-In the analyze award page press on Schedule defaults and change the defaults (regardless you will choose the default option default or override) and then save.
5-Post the award to a PO.
6-The created PO will not have the Defaults applied in the Analyze award page.
