Symptoms

Applies To:  All Tools release below and including 8.55  i.e  applies to 8.55, 8.54, 8.53, 8.52, ..

Specific To:  Solaris platform with the current ( as of Nov 2015) patchset.  Version info. per below.

Issue:
--------
The site has an existing environment where cobol linking has been successful in the past. The UNIX admin recently applied the current OS patches and psrun.mak runs to error with the following messages in the psrun.err file.
