EEX9.1: GL1025 And GL1205 Files Erroring Out In spite Of Record Length Of 3000 Bytes and in correct format.

While loading AMEX GL1025 or AMEX GL1205 files, EX_DATA_LOAD process errors out with following error message:

Record 0 of input file does not follow the specified file format. (10503,288)

Process 13238 ABENDED at Step EX_PUB_AMXA.PUBAMXA.LoadFile (PeopleCode) -- RC = 4

1. Navigate to Travel and Expenses > Corporate Credit Cards > Load External Data Sources
3. Load the GL1025 Transaction file or GL1205 file by running the EX_DATA_LOAD process.
