EAR9.2: Performance Issue On Collections Workbench When Clicked On Customer Hierarchy Or Payment Tabs (Doc ID 2092985.1)

On : 9.2 version, Collections Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Collections Workbench performance issue for corporate from customer level for hierarchy customers when accessing Customer Hierarchy or Payment tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Customer Hierarchy or Payment tab is clicked it should show the items information and should not keep loading and take more than few seconds to load.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

  1. Go to Main Menu > Accounts Receivables > Collections Workbench.
  2. Enter SetID, Business Unit and any hierarchy Customer ID.
  3. Change the customer level to Corporate from Customers
  4. Then go to the Customer Hierarchy or Payment tab again, This performance issue is being experienced for hierarchy customers, for single account customers it is behaving fine.
