Symptoms
PERSON_BASIC_SYNC integration is generating errors when integrating between Campus Solutions to HCM. Error is as follows-
POI_TYPE IS Blank defaulting it to 00000 (14165,4) (0,0)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigation: PeopleTools -> Integration Broker -> Integration Setup -> Service Operations -> PERSON_BASIC_SYNC
- 2. Receive PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message from another system, such as Campus Solutions.
- Error occurs.
