When running the ACA Data extract process in January 2016, no results are provided for employees even though the process runs to success.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the ACA Data Extract process in January 2016. ACA Annual Processing, Create ACA Form Data, ACA Data Extract
