Employee has a mid year event maintenance event that does not prepare plan type 10. Event Rules are configured with Pre-Enter and Use History.
When the ACA Data Extraction process is run, the costs in Box 15 are correct until the month the Event Maintenance event occurs, thereafter, the costs are either blank, or associated to the employee’s current enrollment even if it is not the lowest cost.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run the ACA Data Extract process
