Symptoms

After upgrading to ELM 9.2 PUM 9, running SES indexing process LS_LM_ACT_CI in incremental mode is updating audit fields for "last updated" datetime stamp and operator Id in LM_ACT table.

Steps to Replicate Issue: 

1. Navigate to Enterprise Learning> Catalog >Rebuild Indexes

2. Select Definition LM_ACT_CI and run the incremental build

3. Verify the "last updated" datetime stamp & operator Id in LM_ACT table
