When running Create ACA XML Files process getting XML data file not found for employee error (Doc ID 2095202.1)

Ran process to create ACA xml files. Benefts>ACA Annual Processing>Transmittal and Forms> Create ACA XML Files. Process ran to success however unable to view the Forms.

Navigate to view the forms: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing, Transmittal and Forms > View Form 1095-C and select Tax Form receive message 'Error downloading file from database.'
