Symptoms

Issue during data conversion from HCM9.1 to HCM 9.2 Upgrade Image 9 - ORA-00904:HRS_SECRET_ATTEMPT  invalid identifier for PS_HRS_PSWD_CFG_R

File: /vob/peopletools/src/psappeng/aedebug.hSQL error. Stmt #: 1703 Error Position: 261 Return: 904 - ORA-00904: "HRS_SECRET_ATTEMPT": invalid identifier
Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PS_HRS_PSWD_CFG_R (HRS_ENABLED , HRS_EXPIRES , HRS_EXPIRES_DAYS , HRS_PSWD_DIG , HRS_PSWD_LCASE , HRS_PSWD_LEN , HRS_PSWD_SPL , HRS_PSWD_UCASE , HRS_PSWD_MATCH_USR , HRS_PSWD_MATCH_EML , HRS_PASWD_QA_ENABL , HRS_ACT_LOCK_ENABL , HRS_LOGINATTEMPTS , HRS_SECRET_ATTEMPT , HRS_ROW_ADD_DTTM , HRS_ROW_ADD_OPRID , HRS_ROW_UPD_DTTM , HRS_ROW_UPD_OPRID) VALUES ('N' , 'N' , 90 ,0 ,0 ,1 ,0 ,0 ,'N' ,'N' , 'N' ,'N' , 0 , 0 ,CAST(SYSTIMESTAMP AS TIMESTAMP) ,' ' ,CAST(SYSTIMESTAMP AS TIMESTAMP) ,' ')

Process 468079 ABENDED at Step UPG_ER91.HCERO07.INSERT (SQL) -- RC = 904 (108,524)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
  1) Upgrade from HCM9.1 to HCM9.2 using Upgrade Image 001 with App Image 9
  2) Applied the required at upgrade patches from Image 14
  3) The table PS_HRS_PSWD_CFG_R  does not have the field HRS_SECRET_ATTEMPT in Image 9 and hence we are getting this error.
But the required at upgrade patch from Image 14 moved the data conversion program based on the new structure from Image 14.
