Not Able To Expedite Requisition From A Previously Canceled PO (Doc ID 2096224.1)

Symptoms

Not able to expedite Requisition from a previously canceled PO Once the schedule is cancelled on PO schedule and click yes on ¿Open requisition quantity for Req ID ******* Line 1 Schedule 1 to be sourced again? (10200,450)¿, saved and dispatch the PO.
REQ_LN_DISTRIB shows open quantity , But when go to expedite requisition > Select req ID > submit, It gives me a error message Selected Requisition Line 1 has been sourced. (10207,46) Selected Requisition Line has been sourced already. Please deselect the item and try again.

Steps to reproduce the issue:


1.Create new Requisition with1 line 2 schedules with 1 distribution each line
2.Sourced req to PO
3.Open the PO & dispatch it.

4.Cancel Line 1 Schedule 1
5.Message "This action will cancel schedule 1 for line1. Continue?...." Click Yes,then yes again for -"Open requisition quantity for Req ID 0000000039 Line 1 Schedule 1 to besourced again? (10200,450)"
6.Schedule 1 is cancelled
7.saved and re-dispatch the PO.
8.Manage requisition >review Requisition information, Note Line 1 is status is open Line 2 is processed
9.Query the PS_REQ_LN_DISTRIB table.
10.Open quantity is showing as 20
11.Try Source the Open Quantity Selected Requisition Line 1 has been sourced. (10207,46),Selected Requisition Line has been sourced already. Please deselect the item and try again.
Requisition Line 1 Schedule 1 is Open and should be available for sourcing.
