View Approval Link is not Getting Displayed Once Submit the Purchase Orders (PO) (Doc ID 2096463.1)

View Approval link is not getting displayed once submit the PO.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Purchase Order
2. Save the Purchase Order
3. Check for Approval Link at the bottom of the page. It is missing.

The issue has the following business impact:
User are not able to view the approval hiererachy. To see it, they have to go back and perform additional step of bringing up the same PO again.
