E-FLUID: Personalizing Fluid Homepage causes mass update to PSPRUHDEFN table and cause Performance Issue (Doc ID 2097264.1)

Issue:
When a user moves a tile on the homepage or does some other personalization , it will update the PSPRUHDEFN table with that userid as the last updated oprid... but it updates all the rows of other users who have previously updated this same home page . This causing a hanging effect to the end user. If the same action of personalizing the home page was done on a classic page , it only updated the row for that one userid.

Expected behaviour:

Only the one row for the user should be updated.

Observed behaviour:

All the rows for fluid home page for ALL the users is getting updated.


Steps to Replicate:

1. Login with an employee userid

2. access the Employee self service homepage

3. Personalize the home page by moving the position of a tile like for example " Personal Details "

Observe that page hangs

Business Impact:

This affects all users who access the application in Fluid mode.
