Symptoms

Denied PO Change - Requisition Header Remains as Canceled Preventing Additional Changes

If a PO Change request is created to cancel all lines of the REQ/PO, the Requisition Header Status changes to cancelled and does not revert back when the buyer denies the request. The Req line status changes back to approved, but the REQ Header status does not, thus preventing any additional changes from eProcurement Manage Requisitions page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create two line eprocurement requisition
Copy Requisition to a purchase order
Dispatch the purchase order
Go back to manage requisitions and cancel both lines
Go to Approve Change Orders and deny the cancellation, put in reason code and save
Go back to Manage requisitions and try and edit the requisition canceled
The denial did not change the status on the requisition header so it is still sitting as an X.
