Symptoms
TL_MASS_TIME app engine job to load holiday hours has been processing for more than 24 hours in HR Production Environment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TL_MASS_TIME app engine should not have performance issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run Mass Time process with 30/35 approvers
2. Mass time takes 24 hours to complete
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot complete Mass time process on time
