EAR9.2: Customer Email Address not Preserved in BI_EMAIL_DOCS_SS (Doc ID 2098492.1)

Symptoms

Customer email address is not preserved in BI_EMAIL_DOCS_SS when accessing the "Email Invoice Copy" link on an invoice.

STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Search for an invoice if none appear in the list;
  2. Click on an Invoice Number to display the Invoice Summary page;
  3. Click "Email Invoice Copy" at the bottom. The Email Invoice Copy page BI_EMAIL_DOCS_SS appears, but the user's email address is not pre-loaded in the Email Address box.
