Symptoms

When trying to load the XML file in MS Word BI Publisher Add-In the following error message occurs :

"message39"

Steps
-----
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a RTF Template in MS Word
2. Go to the BI Publisher Add-In
3. Click on the Sample XML
4. Notice the error "message39"
