Symptoms
When attempting to run Periodic Processing in Delete and Rebuild mode for Consolidated Earnings, Consolidated Hours, Participation and Service, the following error occurs when the employee is ineligible:

1. Run Periodic Processing in Delete and Rebuild mode for Consolidated Earnings, Consolidated Hours, Participation and Service (Navigation: Pension > Periodic Processes > Request Process).
