After the upgrade to PeopleTools 8.54.16 the Academic Advisement Report group boxes are collapsed by default when the Requirement is not satisfied. The Requirements that are not satisfied should be expanded by default when the user runs and views the Academic Advisement Report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Academic Advisement, Student Advisement Request Advisement Report, Add
2. Specify EMPLID and Report type. Insure the student is in a program/plan that is defined with AA setup that uses reporting sequence and Requirement Group ID values that are not sequentially defined to the career/program/plan structure.
3. Click the Process Request button and review the resulting AAR displayed.
Note that a section with unsatisfied requirements displays as collapsed.
Sections are supposed to display as collapsed on the report only when they are completely satisfied. Thus, if an unsatisfied section appears as collapsed, the user viewing the report is mislead to believe that requirement group is satisfied, and there is no need to review it. However, there may be collapsed sections that are unsatisfied and still need additional courses or other criteria before they are satisfied.
The issue began after a Tools upgrade to 8.54.16.
