On : 9.1 version, Manage Applicant
When attempting to click on "View Attachment" in View Correspondence page the following error occurs.

An invalid parameter has been passed to one of the following functions: AddAttachment(), ViewAttachment(), or DeleteAttachment().
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu> Recruiting > Find Applicants
2. Choose one Applicant and select Send Correspondence from the action drop down and click on Go button
3. Click on Add Attachment link in the bottom of the "Send Correspondence" page
4.Add a attachment
5.Choose the Letter Type as "Applicant Reject Letter IR"
6. New Link "View Attachment" is appeared down to the recently uploaded document.
7.Click on "View Attachment" link and error message displayed.
