When using the Enabled property in a 2nd level scroll, based on the FieldChange and RowInit event on a drop down box, the field becomes enabled or disabled as expected, but the label font color remains gray if going from disabled to enabled and black when going to enabled to disabled.

1) Make new page with two scrolls (level 1 and level 2)
2) In the level 2 scroll place a dropdown edit box and a simple edit box
3) Based on the value in the dropdown, change the Enabled property value for the edit box field (True for one value of the dropdown, False for another)

4) Navigate to the page in PIA
5) Add a new row in the level 2 scroll
6) Change the value in the dropdown edit box

7) Change the value in the dropdown edit box back to the initial value

Expected Behaviour:
The label turns from black to gray when the field becomes disabled

Actual Behaviour:
The label remains black when the field becomes disabled.
