ACA 1095C Is Reporting Individuals As Having Coverage on Part III Even Though They Are Not Covered (Doc ID 2102628.1)

The first process of the ACA1095C process is sqr BAC020. The process is showing individuals having coverage on Part 3 of the 1095C even though they are not covered. On the ACA Employee Transmittal Data page, it shows the employee having N for not having coverage, but when you run the ACA1095C it is creating the pdf with a the employee having coverage. However, if you manually go in to the field on the ACA Employee Transmittal Data and delete the field out that was populated by the Extract, the ACA1095C process populates the 1095C form correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Run Create ACA XML Files Benefits / ACA Annual Processing / Transmittal and forms / Create ACA XML Files
