Symptoms
After upgrading to HCM 9.2, when user try to search or view future dated hires in Job Data (PS_JOB), there are no search results returned.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2. Enter EmplID
3. Click Search
