PeopleTools Only Upgrades
 
Issue originally reported as part of data conversion from PT 8.53.10 to PT 8.54.18 in an Application database, when the Oracle Conversion Scripts PSORADataTypesConversion.bat was run.  The following error occurred

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. As part of upgrade, run the PSORADataTypesConversion.bat for Converting Database Data Types on Application Database.
2. Observe Error.
