PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Stability Control is a Legal Requirement in Brazil. An employee may have one or more Stabilities and the System must Control them.

This is our recommendation to be implemented in PeopleSoft:

Stability Base Table: It is necessary to create a record and page.
- Stability Code
- Effective Date
- Effective Status
- Stability Description
- Duration in days

Employee Stability Control: A page to control the employee stability in Vale.
- Employee ID
- Stability Code
- Start Date
- End Date (the system should suggest the end date based on the duration in days, however the user can override this value)

It is also necessary to implement warning messages in the following components:

Job data - the system should show a warning message if a termination row is added in the Job Data for an employee during the stability period (Reg Region BRA).

Termination request via Manager Self Service - the System Should show a Warning Message if the Manager Creates a Request for an Employee During the Stability Period (Regulatory Region BRAZIL).
