Additional Wages CPF is not getting calculated as expected when we have retro with segmentation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In May-15 employee has been paid additional wages and corresponding Additional wage CPF got calculated perfectly
2. After finalizing the May-15 calendar, there is a change in job data for this employee, where there is only department change, with effdt = 20/May/2015
3. This has activated segmentation trigger.
4. In Jun-15 payroll, there are 3 segments processed for the month of May-15 as below
  a. May-15 payments are reversed
  b. Segment2 - from 01/May/2015 to 19/May/2015, where no Additional wages are processed and no CPF against additional wages
  c. Segment3 - from 20/May/2015 to 31/May/2015, where the addtional wages are processed but CPF is not calculated for the entire amount.
