Symptoms
In PeopleSoft Update Manager following error's have been observed:
Scenario 1
-----------
When attempting to install the PeopleTools client using setupPTclient .bat file from samba folders after importing the PUM image 16 into virtual box, the following error occurs.

Replication Steps
------------------
The application issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. map a drive to the Samba Share. Drive folder for the PeopleSoft virtual machine.
2. run the setup script: SetupPTClient.bat
Scenario 2
-----------
Unable to install the tools client. Error message is:
"PTCDPK-50015: odcdeploy:Unable to set inst_loc key" and "WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied".
