E-PUM: Running SetupPTClient.bat Fails with "The system cannot find the path specified" (Doc ID 2104537.1)

On : 8.53 version, Updates and Fixes

When installing the PeopleTools client from a PUM image installed using DPK, nothing happens, and the following error occurs.

"Script started at 11:40:55.36"
The system cannot find the path specified
The system cannot find the path specified
"Script ended at 11:40:55.41

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start a command prompt and Run SetupPTClient.bat
