Symptoms

On : 8.54 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager

When running the SetupPTClient.bat to setup install the Oracle client and the relevant Tools client from the PUM image, an error occurs when it tries to deploy the new version of the Oracle DB Client, and the following failure is shown on screen:

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the PUM image
2. Run SetupPTClient.bat from <base folder>/pt/tools_client
