Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a Production Order (PID) with 100% Yield is processed immediately after a PID with < 100% Yield by the 'Production Close' process (SF1100), the PID with 100% Yield will record erroneous Config and/or Routing Variances.
Steps to replicate the issue:
- Create a PID with 100% Yield, and a PID with 95% yield on at least one Routing.
- Complete the first PID.
- Complete the second PID with Scrap.
- Close both PIDs by running the 'Production Close' process (SF1100).
- Compare WIP values prior to the close, with the variances calculated by the SF1100 process.
