Symptoms

Getting "No Approval process definition found for id Requisition. (18081, 1022)" when an user tried to Edit a requisition and tried to do "Save for Later". This issue is in Production and happening for all the Requisitions when user tried to navigate from eProcurement.

Getting "No Approval process definition found for id Requisition. (18081, 1022)"




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy an epro a requisition into a new requisition
2. Save for later
3. Run budget checking and click save or later again
4. Edit requisition and change quantity, Click save for later
5. Run budget checking and click save for later
6. View approvers
7. Save and submit requisition for approval
8. Check approvers worklist
9. Go back to Manage Requisitions, looks for the Submitted Requisition and Edit Quantity
10. Warning message that requisition is pending approval
11. Make changes, do not budget check and click save for later.
12. Message appears, "No Approval process definition found for id Requisition. (18081, 1022)"
