Symptoms

While trying to create a requisition some users have complained about an error – “First operand of . is not an object, so cannot access member activerowcount.”
We replicated this issue.
The User was trying to create a requisition using a vendor ID which is in INACTIVE status. But according to the code in REQ_LINE.VENDOR_ID.SaveEdit, it should throw error message "Vendor not open for ordering". But this message does not pop up in this scenario.

For more details please find the attached replication document.
