On : 9.1 version, Condition Monitor

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receivables Condition Monitor process triggers Action when the condition is not yet met.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Receivables Condition Monitor process should not trigger the actions when the condition is not met.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup Approaching Credit Limit(ACLA) Assessment Rule.
2. Run Condition Monitor Process and verify the message log details.
3. Verify the Customer Action in the navigation: Main Menu, Accounts Receivable, Customer Accounts, Customer Information, Account Overview.
