Allocation journal ID's are not being incremented instead starting with the same initial journal id with a different journal date in the next accounting period.

Currently resulting journal id's for each accounting period:

Dec 2015 - ALO0001, ALOC0002, ALOC0003

Jan 2016 - ALO0001, ALOC0002

Feb 2016 - ALO0001

Would like resulting journal id's to be incremented across accounting periods as follows:

Dec 2015 - ALO0001, ALOC0002, ALOC0003

Jan 2016 - ALO0004, ALOC0005

Feb 2016 - ALO0006
