CRM: When Viewing Category/Type/Detail Values, The Fields For Type Show Wrong Values

When Viewing CATEGORY/TYPE/DETAIL values on CTD Setup page, the fields for TYPE show wrong values


1. Navigate to SetUp CRM - Product Related > Call Center > Category/Type/Detail
2. Select a category with at least 2 Specialty Types
Select the second Specialty Type: Issue
3. on Issue tab, select value for "SHORT NAME" and it will populate automatically "Self Service Description" and "Long Description" fields
