EMM: WM_PM Runs Into No Success With Unique Constraint Error When Run In Parallel Instances (Doc ID 2106892.1)

To work around the performance issue with WM_PM process while processing huge volume of work orders, we have triggered parallel instances of WM_PM for different shops within the same business unit.
One of the instances failed due to unique constraint error while inserting data into WO Header table.

Steps
----------
This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:

Try to run parallel instance of WM_PM for different shops within the same business unit.
make sure you have a volume of at least 1000 work orders per shop that will be picked up for processing.

Business Impact
----------------------
This issue will stop us from running parallel instances of WM_PM and will result in huge amount of processing time to generate PM Work Orders every month.
