When we ran 4 parallel runs for WM_PM , we noticed that in step PC_INTF_GEN.20000000.UPDTINTF, all the four instances used the same interface id.
This meant that one of instances actually locked up all the rows for PS_INTFC_ACT_GEN.
1) Run parallel instances of WM_PM for multiple shops within same business unit.
2) Verify the message logs of all the instances. You will see that there will be a message log that says xxx rows processed. This message belongs to the PC process that is being called from WM_PM.
one of the instance will actually show total number of rows staged by other instances as well.
It shows incorrect number of rows being processed by a single instance. Also this could lead into much bigger issue if one of the other parallel instance goes into No Success. This could potentially mean that PC processing of those work orders is now complete even though the actual work orders were not created.
