Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Results not starting at first row when sorting is active in search applications page.
The system does not behave as expected when a “sort order” is set-up in the manage application page. When a search is performed, the result will not begin on the first row.
The search results should be displayed from the first row every time a search is performed (click search button in the search criteria).

STEPS
-----------------------
Replication steps:
1) Perform a search in the “search applications” page. (Main Menu > Recruiting > Search Applications)
2) No sort order has been setup beforehand.
3) Setup a sort order and apply it. The system applies the sort order. This issue can be replicated by setting a sort order with one (or a combination) of the following columns: Applicant, Applicant ID, Job Opening, Disposition, Interest
4) Perform another search (may be the same). The first row is not displayed in the grid. instead the grid starts with other search results than result 1.
