EAR 9.2: Direct Debit Payments Not Showing As Applied On EBill Payment History Page (Doc ID 2107152.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Ebill payment History.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Ebill payment history shows payment Applied as NO for direct debit payments though payment is posted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once payment is posted the status should show it is applied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create direct debit and run arupdate for ebill customer.
2. Goto Ebill payment history page payment applied status is still NO.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
User cannot see correct payment status in Ebill.
