When a future-dated row is added in Identification Data SGP, an error message appears and the entry cannot be saved.
While MOM does not issue future-dated Work Permits or S-Pass, and the validity of WP and S-Pass will commence from the date of issuance, there are scenarios where a future-dated row has to be added in Identification Data SGP. For e.g., an employee's termination date is 1st November. The employee is expecting to get a work permit effective 20th October. However the employer needs to enter the Identification Data SGP and process payroll on 15th October.
Date Issued should not be in the future for "2015-08-12". (1000,35)
Date Issued is greater than the system date (usually today's date).
If the system date is not set to today's date, contact your data processing department.
If Date Issued is incorrect, change it. Otherwise, leave as is.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a new row in Identification data SGP with effective date later than today.
