Total Rewards Statement Cash Pay Tab And Cash Pay Item Missing For New Calendar Period (Doc ID 2107615.1)

Symptoms

Issue:  

Total Rewards Statement is failing to bring in new calendar year (e.g.  2016)  earnings into the Total Reward Statement.  Prior year earnings are included.

The Cash Pay Tab and the Cash Pay Item are not included in the Total Rewards Tab for January data when viewing the statement on the PIA page.    The same Total Rewards definition for December data shows the Cash Pay Tab and Item for the same User.   December 2015 statements were correct, but the January 2016 statement does not include the Cash Pay line item.


Changes

New Companies were set up in the environment last year.  For Company setup, The Company is identified in the Below sections (Details in 1340846.1)
Defining General Reward Data Sources
Defining Reward Data Source Reward Filters (Set Up HRMS, Product Related, Compensation, Total Rewards, Define Reward Data Source, Reward Filters).
Defining Reward Items (Set Up HRMS, Product Related, Compensation, Total Rewards, Define Reward Item).
