ELM 9.2: Invalid Date Peoplecode Error While Building Session For An Activity (Doc ID 2107655.1)

On : 9.2 version, Administrator-Learner Tasks

Statement Of Issue: 

When copying sessions while cloning a class in concluded/inactive status the Sessions page errors out with 'Invalid Date' error. This is because the view that populates data in that page does not take into consideration inactive and pending classes.

Replication Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Administrator
2. clone the existing class with existing sessions
3. build new sessions
4.verify any the message conflict of sessions on warning link and verify the peoplecode error message
