GPJPN: Deduction For Deceased Dependents Calculated Incorrectly (Doc ID 2107865.1)

Issue Summary
After running Year End Adjustment, the deduction for disabled persons who was died in prior year or earlier is calculated incorrectly.
Also, Number of Disability (Liv-w S) is counted incorrectly.

1. Verify Dependent Information (Verify setting Date of Death, Subject to Deduction or Juvenile Dependent and Special Disability for the appropriate dependents)
2. Verify Calendar Information (Verify setting Calendar Group for Year End Adjustment)
3. Run Year End Adjustment

Business Impacts:
Due to this issue, user cannot process year end adjustment correctly.

Expected Results:
Only a part of basic exemption should be calculated for deceased dependents.

Actual Results:
Calculated the personal Exemption by special disability and number of disability for deceased dependents.
