E-SEC : USER_PROFILE FULL SYNC not working from tools 8.54 and above to PRE 8.53 Releases (Doc ID 2108311.1)

Symptoms

When Triggering the USER_PROFILE Full SYNC from tools 8.54.08 to lowered tools releases e.g (8.52) it will not work for syncing the users passwords . However if the process is Triggered from a lower environment to tools 8.54 then it will complete successfully syncing all values
